"ABI and Caju Club Atletico of Uruguay have finalized the terms between the two
leagues to play this fall season," stated Commissioner Toney, "with the Freewill Games
in July, this closure is very good for both leagues." Do not miss the Freewill Games
2009 this summer there will be plenty of talent from around the world playing.

Uruguay officials have cleared the way for teams there to play in the Americas
Basketball International league this season. "This is a big move for basketball in South
America and for the cities in the Southeast United States," said Commissioner Toney.
As we get ready for the Freewill Games we are expecting four more countries to play in
the ABI this season. Officials from the Club CACU will attend the ABI camp with others,
June 26-27, 2009 in Birmingham, Alabama as they continue to look for more players
for their clubs.
