Commissioner Toney has expressed strong concern about the players who are not
taking advantage of this opportunity to play professional International basketball in the
United States, as well as being able to travel overseas to compete against other teams
in the ABI this season.  There are more international players showing interest to come
and play in the ABI.  The list of players trying to get visas is getting longer, as a result
the ABI is rescheduling the International Players Camp to October 2-3, 2009.  Players
from the United States may attend as well.  This will be the last free agent camp that
the ABI will have for the league.
